Loss of Voice

Have any of you temporarily, or permanently, lost your voice as a result of a total thyroidectomy? Thanks for your comments!

Hi, Yes i was not able to talk for about 2 months after total thyroidectomy my voice came back but never like b4 i used to sing but now i can't even speak loud...avoid cold drinks & be careful just before 2 weeks i lost my voice completely because of Flu (Rheum, influenza) take care of ur self ur throat is extremely sensitive now...All the best
