Low Tsh levels

I am wondering if I can have hyperthyroidism even if my tsh levels are in the normal range. I have had ongoing medical symptoms for a year now and was told that I have hyperbeta adrenergic syndrome. I have these spells that come and go. The symptoms include: flushing, increased heart rate, tremors, increased thirst, diarrhea, sob and now pvc's. Afterwards I am completely exhausted.  I have been looking back at my records and my tsh levels have been low: .66,.88,.92, 1.27, and .64. I have seen an endocrinologis who diagnosised me with the above. He also said that I have an enlarged thyroid measuring 25grams. I am wondering if I could have hyperthyroidism? I know am taking a pindolol 5mg since the pvc's started.

On two different occasions I had my t's checked. T7 was the only one not in normal range. It was 1.264. These were done last nov., so now that my symptoms are occurring more frequently I am wondering if I should get them rechecked.

You need to get FreeT3 and Free T4 tested, also.  TSH is a pituitary hormone and, by itself, does not give a full picture thyroid function.

I would say it is possible. Have they tested you for graves? Looks like you may have hyperthyroidism.
