Low to normal TSH/low FT4

I'm sooo confused.  My Tsh has been dropping for the last year and a half.  10/06 TSH 3.05, 01/07 1.60, 04/07 1.16.  My FT4 have been dropping also 10/06 1.1, 01/07 .9, 04/07 .81.  My FT3 are normal at 3.69.  I've been depressed, moody, gaining weight, sleeping a lot.  Sometimes more then 12 hours a day, bloated my sed rate (ESR) is high at 24 (scale 0-20).  I have no Thyriod antibodies.  I have other symtoms too.  Does anyone think there could be a pituitary problem?  I'm going for more blood test tomorrow, LH, FSH, ACTH, Cortisal.  My mother has Gravies.  Any suggestions??  Is anyone else having these problems?  Thanks..

Your TSH is still within normal range.  TSH levels should be anywhere from .3 - 3.5.
The FT3 is what tells you how well you are using the thyroid medication.  FT4 converts to FT3.
Levels also fluctuate during the day.
What dosage thyroid medication are you on?
Has it been changed during the last 6 months?
Have you had thyroid surgery?
Are you taking your thyroid medication at the same time each day (it is imperative that you be ritualistic about that)?
Are you taking it on an empty stomach (which you should).
Are you waiting at least 2-3 hours before taking any other medications?
There are so many questions that need to be answered.

I'm not on any meds.  That's one of the reassons I'm concerned.  My Endo  just keeps sending me for test.  I'm going for Estrodiol, FSH,LH, prolactive, TSH, ESR, cortisol, ACTH, UA and a few more tomorrow.  My ft4 and tsh are dropping on there own.  My ft3 are right in the middle.    They found a very small nodule only 3mm the right side of my thyriod last week.  I even have a hard time breaathing sometimes.
