Your thyroid levels look good... there are relaxation techniques you can try for conceiving... you can talk to your doctor about these. Anxiety can prevent conception, but if you can relax you might have better luck. Yoga can even help, as it centers on relaxation of the mind and body.
No ididnt go for adrenal testing .. yes these are free T3 n T4 levels .. i drew tese three blood test (tsh .. free t3 .. free t4 ) this monday .. but my gyne dr didnt recommended these .. i myself went for these two levels
I'm sorry I'm not always online to respond immediately...
When did you have the T3 and T4 tests? Does your lab report specify that they are Free T3 and Free T4? If so, your Free T3 is at the very top of the range (95%), so you may be hyperthyroid...Your Free T4 is at 49% of the range (recommended is mid range of 50%, so that's just right).
It should be noted, however, that higher thyroid hormone levels are required when carrying a fetus, because the fetus will be dependent upon the mother's hormones until its own thyroid is developed enough to produce hormones on its own...
If your anxiety didn't start until you began trying to trying to conceive it's possible it could be psychological, but I wouldn't automatically say so, without further testing.
Have you had adrenal testing to see if your cortisol levels are okay? A 24 hr saliva test is best for testing cortisol.
I went for T3 And T4 levels as well ..
T3 .. 3.49 (2 -4)
T4 .. 1.08 (0.70- 1.48)
TSH .. 0.76 ( new repeated level)
She orderd fertility tests .. FSH .. LH .. prolactin n TSH .. rest were in mid normal range .. i have anxiety problem .. n it started after i tried ti concieve .. so my gyne dr thinks it is psychological .. but on safe side she advised TSH .. she didnt order T3 or T4 levels ..
Your TSH level is at the lower level of normal; I'm sure your doctor is perfectly happy with it... however, I have to ask if that's all that was tested? Did your doctor not order Free T3 or Free T4 to go along with that?
Free T3 and Free T4 are the actual thyroid hormones, while TSH is only a pituitary hormone and should not be used alone to diagnose or rule out a thyroid problem...
Do you have any symptoms of a thyroid condition? If so, what are they?
