Thank you, I have already tried this, but did not get good results when I called the doctors I found, I would really like to get a doctor someone has seen! Thank you so much for taking time to reply!
TSH was 3.990, reference range was .3 - 3.0 I will have to find my lab work to get the other values. According to the American Association of endocrinology, these are the current suggested values!
What are your actual lab results, along with the reference range used for each?
If your TSH is high it means you are hypothryoid. If the FT3 and FT4 are normal it is called subclinical hypothryoid. But you still need treatment. By the way, the FT3 and FT4 should be in at least the mid range to be considered 'normal'.
Could you please post your actual results and the reference range.
You should definitely seek a second opinion.
oops.... accidentaly pressed the post comment button...
but anyway, sometimes I just 'google' what I am looking for, and get surprising results.
Most times you get off the wall stuff, but Thought I could help ya!!!!
I dont live in the states, I live in Alberta
and here we can go online and go onto College of Physicians and surgeons, and they have a link where you can get a list of doctors accepting new patients.....
