as of now the patient has nothing felt on her thyroid thats why we didnt notice that she has ike swollen part on her neck and we decided to make an ultrasound and thats the result.
this is the laboratory result
T3- 2.1
T4- 15.2
TSH- 0.5
another interpretation please. thanks!
is the size of the right lobe still in normal condition? how about the "impressions" on the readings?
A fluid-filled mass (cyst) is, typically, not anything to worry about. It's the solid masses we have to be concerned about. There doesn't seem to be anything else about your ultrasound that's of concern.
Are you having symptoms of a thyroid condition? If so, what symptoms?
Have you had any thyroid blood test done, such as Free T4, Free T3, and TSH or thyroid antibody tests to determine hyper or hypothyroidism of if you have an autoimmune thyroid condition? If you've had thyroid blood work done, it would be helpful if you could post the results and reference ranges, so we can determine your actual thyroid hormone status.
