My Tsh is 0.682 I’m a 60 year old female. Is that ok?

It's within the normal range, but whether it's okay or not depends on a few things...

Is TSH the only test that was done?  Did you have a Free T4 and Free T3 done, as well?  Those are the actual thyroid hormones and tell actual thyroid status, whereas TSH is a pituitary hormone and is an indicator, at best.  

Do you have symptoms of a thyroid condition? If so, what are they?

Was there a specific reason for getting the TSH tested or was it part of a routine blood work?

Hey barb you are from fl and seem very knowledgeable in thyroid where do u go get treated or seen? I also live in FL.
