Hi,
For the past month or so I've been having issues that I have never really experienced before. I have been having anxiety, depressive episodes, racing thoughts, insomnia, night sweats, high heart rate, exercise intolerance, weight loss with normal food intake, chest tightness, and stomach issues.
The few months prior to this I had some fatigue issues and small amounts of anxiety but it is winter here so that's nothing too new. I'm currently being prescribed wellbutrin which has been keeping my mood level as well as helping to curb some of the other mental symptoms. I also have abilify and klonopin which I haven't used yet.
So, my initial lab results indicated a low tsh, highish free t3, and high free t4:
Tsh .42 ref .4-4.2 mU/L
Ft3 6.2 ref 3.7-6.9 pmol/L
Ft3 26.5 ref 9.7-25.7 pmol/L
My latest labs came back lower but still a bit elevated. It seems some t4 was converted to t3 as well:
Tsh .72 (taken at night)
Ft3 6.51
Ft4 24.4
The other test that I was able to have done was anti-tpo which came back as:
89 ref 0-34 IU/mom
I could not get done tbg or tsi.
Now the symptoms have been getting better but some are still persisting. Just wanted to get some opinions on what could be going on.
Thanks in advance.
