I know this is pure random but i have a massive bruise banged my arm and iam going on holiday Sat :( does any1 know how to get rid of brusies fast my friend at work rubbed it hard to massage it out Hmmmm ....have i made it worst :( ekkkkk , where can i find out lolol help

Hey yea that cream was great used it all the time and it went away within a week all good :)

Let me know how it works; I might need it some day!!  I've also heard that Arnica helps with joint/muscle pain.  I have some, maybe I should try it out.

I guess this isn't a thyroid question, but I've heard you could try Arnica lotion, found in grocery, drug and health food stores. Don't know if it works or not.

I don't know if you can get rid of bruises without them healing on their own. You could try make up.
