please help me idont know what to do my t4 is 1.38 and my tsh is 0.1 my dr has me on 100mg i went to a other dr and he said my tsh is that my med is to high and for me to take 88mg so i called my dr and she said that is everything look s good so i dont know do i take 88 or 100 and is my tsh ok or bad and who is telling me the truth pleas help me

TSH of 0.1 as you stated above, is ify. However I'd go down to the 88mg and stick with that doctor.

If your TSH is 0.01, then you are hyperthyroid. Your meds are too high. I would stick with the doctor that is lowering your meds. The other one does not seem to know much about thyroid.
