Normal TSH but Low T4 levels

My symptoms are a feeling of sluggishness or tiredness in general which prompted me to get a full thyroid test.

My results:

TSH: 2.3 (.350-5.5) Normal
T4 Free: 0.79 (0.58-1.64) Low End
T4: 6.43 (6.09-12.23) Low End
T3 Total: 126 f (85-205) -Normal
T3 U: 38.1 (32.0-48.4) -Normal

Could my symptoms be related to my T4 levels being low. Would I benefit from some sort of thyroid treatment such as Armor or other?...

Did you have a reverse T3 test. I think since your number are within normal levels that should be looked at.

.3-3.0 is the correct reference range to use not the one posted. - so you are on the high end of normal. Your symptoms suggest a lower TSH may be better for you.

Did your doctor speak of any iodine defeciancy?
