OT: Physical Therapist appt today and range increased
alot as I had thought!!! She thinks some scar tissue broke off and this is GREAT NEWS!!!! I AGREE!!!! I am still in pain all the time (don't get me wrong) but it has decreased a bit and is different .. not as bone-deep and gnawing like a root canal waiting to happen .. more like inflammation from tendonitis like you would expect.
Just HAD TO SHARE WITH YOU ALL!!!!! And, this is since last Friday .. so it isn't a coinky dink either!!!!

And on the glue and beads ..... you can toss it out the window for now as now I do not have to wear high tops 24/7 ... well, that may change when my adjustement is made to the orthotics but looks like I will be able to slip out of them for various things short-term to do and that was inability up until 3 days ago WHOA!
