Positive ANA

I am working with doctors trying to find a mystery diagnosis. I am a 36 yr. old female. I was diagnosed last year with hypothyroidism. I am currently taking 75mcg. of synthroid. My general doctor found elevated protein in my urine, and a positive ANA. And a vitamin D defiency. He sent me to a rheumatologist who said I tested pos. for lupus. He did more testing with another positive ANA of 1:160 speckled pattern. I also tested positive for thyroid antibodies. I have been bedridden for 5 days with extreme fatigue. This has been going on for almost a year. I was put on a antimalarial drug to see if my symptoms improve. What does this sound like to you? Desperate for a cure,,,,,,,

Would you please post the results of your latest thyroid bloodwork...FT3 and FT4 (and their reference ranges) and TSH.  If you don't have these, your doctor must provide them on request (don't forget to get the ranges).  We can answer a lot more knowing these.
