Reading an Ultrasound

I had an Ultrasound done yesterday. The tech said she saw a cyst but the "interpreter" said that it was fine. This is the same facility that did and ultrasound of my ovaries to test for PCOS...... They asked if i was either going to start or just had my menstrual cycle and when i told them no they said "don't be surprised if you start early, we see blood" Hence the reason for my skepticism.... How do i know what i am looking at on the ultrasound pictures?

Normally the Techs are there just to take the sono and the Doctor is the one who should read the results...I suggest that you speak with your doctor for an accurate answer and solution.
