Some good news, finally!

To my friends out there in the forum.  It's me, the girl stressed about her singing voice after TT.  Well, this past week I hit a high C several times!  Yeah!  I was conscious to take it really easy after surgery and only sang a small amount to see how it felt, then immediately stopped.  But it is feeling really great and after only 6 weeks.  Thanks for all your support!  It helps to have this forum to vent and cheer.  You guys are great!  Especially all the good jokes too!!

Just wanted to share joy for a change.  Thanks for your support and love - to utahmomma, we're snowing like crazy too!  My parents in Garland got a foot this morning!  I hope everyone has a good week and feels as close to "normal" as they can!  Much love, Lori

I don't post too much here, but I just want to say how wonderful for you.  It is very disappointing to lose something that you are gifted with.  Congratulations!  I am so jealous.  I've always loved music and can't sing anything! Happy Day!

Congratulations!  I knew you'd get it back after a little time.  So glad you are hitting the high notes!

My driveway has 6" of fresh snow and it is still coming down *hard*.  It's coming from the south so look out.  What's it like up there?

Its also good to know that you have a voice, what a lovely voice it must be.
