PLEASE HELP!!!!

hello, im a 24 year old male who has been stricken with severe unexplainable health issues for the past year. last july i had foot surgery, after leaving the hospital i got home and noticed that i was depressed, no sex drive, ED, no energy, brain fog, and dizziness. i went to the lab for blood work and discovered my thyroid was hypo, i had low T, and my estrogen was high. Ive been on armour thyroid 90mg for about 4 months and seen no improvements. i have a reoccurring pain in my thyroid, it gets much more intense after i masterbate, the brain fog also gets worse too. i still have no sex drive and i can only sometimes get an erection (usually if i haven't masterbated in awhile). I'm going to get my blood checked again in october. this has been such a struggle i would really appreciate any help anyone is willing to give. thanks.

Even though you have been on Armour Thyroid for 4 months, your biologically active thyroid hormones, Free T3 and Free T4 may still be too low in the range.  If you will please post your thyroid related test results and reference ranges, we can better assess your status.  Also, if tested for Vitamin D, B12 and ferritin please post those results along with ranges.

Hypothyroidism is a cause of low testosterone in men. High estrogen in men usually correspond to low testosterone. Also, high stress (cortisol) is associated with low testosterone.
