We all have our own comfort zone. If you have no symptoms, there are no health issues to having FT4 low and TSH on the high side.
You can alternate doses every other day. That's an acceptable way to get an interim dose.
Best of luck.
Check other labs such as cholesterol, HDL, LDL, triglycerides and liver enzymes.
Hello
Thank a lot for your reply
I just want to know if there are any health issues being lower side of T4 and Higher side of TSH
Since I am absolutely fine, will use 62.5
One more question. Is it good to take 62.5 one day and other day 75? (alternating days)
Thanks and Best Regards

Your FT4 is low in the range, and your TSH is high in the range, which is probably why your doctor wants you to increase. However, how you feel is most important of all. If you have no hypo symptoms, why just increase to get the numbers right? Some of us, myself included, are comfortable with FT4 low in range.
