What does this mean?

I have Hashimoto's thyroidists, fibromyalgia, RLS, partial, thyroidectomy with micro-papillary carcinoma, TSH levels prior to thyroidectomy around .7 last Dec.  Today they are 6.793  Felt good after surgery for a couple months then felt so ill with nausea, vertigo, and heart palpitations increasing each month.  In June Endocrinologist ordered adrenal test, all were normal except my IGF-1 was low 40 (70-212 range).  He repeated that test, now it's 38.  He has ordered several more pituitary test.  I have had headaches for months everyday and episodes of double vision lasting around 5 min.  I had an MRI a couple of years ago and everything was normal.  If anything comes back abnormal he will send me in for more tests, MRI, I don't know what else.  I have been having so many odd symptoms the doctors just can't figure out what is wrong.  Have any ideas?
Any information would be helpful.
