TSH back to normal ?

Need some opinion on lab test

A year ago my TSH was at .07 ( normal range 0.4 - 4 ) Free T3 and Free T4 normal range but antibodies were positive  ( result 46 ( 10 x normal range limit 0-3.9). I only seen the endo specialist one and from that visit he ordered lab via mail q 3 months. TSH is now at 2.1 and Free T3 and free T4 are normal. I never had any treatment MD just monitored with the lab, MD know sent me a note telling me that my lab are back to normal and will not see me anymore or ordered any more lab. I'm just wondering even with normal lab my anti TPOAB were positive a year ago it should mean something, will my  TSH  remain normal or in few months or years I might end up with trouble with my thyroid again. I feel fine and only had symptoms for few months .

Thank you for your help

Keep getting regular checks on your levels as once you have antibodies, you have them for life.
You may be in remission at present but they can flare up at any given time.
Avoid all stress as this is a 'marker' for aggravating the antibodies.
