dr in south ga or north florida

am hypothyroid, on nature thyroid 1.5 g used to be on 100 synhroid
my test come back low tsh .02 ...low normal ft4 ft3....jan 2017
dr increased estrogen and progesterone and test came back
tsh 1.5 low normal ft4 ft3 apr 2017 still on 1.5 gr naturethryroid
dr wont raise meds bec of tsh....I figure tsh raised some bec of the estrogen increase which pushed me into estrogen dominance a couple weeks ago....
I started having dizzy or spaced out woozy feelings, but was having extreme fatigue for two months b4 this...
I decrease the estrogen to minimal amts and breast tenderness went away in 5 days but still getting light headed.....
what is this??
and where can you find a dr in south ga or north florida that knows more about the thyroid and wont hold you captive to what the tsh is.....
I have never been dizzy since being hypothyroid...so this is all new to me..
the last couple days I took 2 grains of nature throid and today I also felt lightheaded....so wonder if I should stay on two grains....
I have another dr apt in a week but I am not really sure if my dr has a clue even though she is a md and a nature path dr no fault to her bec so many people don't understand how to treat it when u are not the easy textbook case.... HELP!!  I AM 56 POST MENOPAUSAL...
oddly my hair loss slowed down with the increased bhrt but I hate this dizziness and I also take.....b12,  b complex, d3 5000 w k2, q10, c,

I did try maca go tht has so many clinical studies for menopause last mth but discontinued bec I think instead of balancing hormones it pushed estrogen too high...having taken anymore of it....
