Thyroglobulin results

I had a TT IN 2016 bc I had 4 nodules and the biopsy said it was positive for medullary pre cancer cells so I had it removed and had a scan which showed there was nothing left behind and I don’t believe anything came from the pathologist report. So now my tsh has dipped fast from .22 in 11/23, .17 1/24 and now .04 my meds have been lowed 3 times since November and I’ve even put on a few pounds so this should not be happening so this time she tested my thyroglobulin and a few other things but my thyroglobulin is at 11 which is pretty high. I read that thyroid tissue can grow back can this be true? Seems like something that should have been checked regularly and it wasn’t I’m freaking out and it’s Sunday so the office is closed. Can someone give me any input thank you

The thyroid gland is not considered to be a regenerative organ.  A suppressed TSH does not mean you are over medicated.  If you were over medicated, you would have symptoms typical of hyperthyroidism due to thyroid levels that are too high.   Diagnosis is best using an evaluation for symptoms, along with tests for  thyroid hormones Free T4 an Free T3.  So please tell us about any symptoms you have.  Also pleases post syour thyroid related  tes results and reference ranges shown on the lab report.
