Are you currently taking a replacement thyroid hormone medication? If so, what medication, dosage and how long have you been taking it?
What, if any, symptoms do you have?
As to whether a TSH of 24.37 is "dangerous", the answer is no, because TSH, itself, does not cause or alleviate symptoms. TSH is a pituitary hormone that signals the thyroid to produce thyroids hormones. It's the lack of those hormones that can cause one to feel ill.
