Thyroid /Adrenal/hypoglycemic problem?

What could the combination of the following symptoms be?: feel nauseated after meals, frequent headaches during the day, fatigue, body crashes around 3 pm (low blood sugar?), hungry mid-morning and mid-afternoon, moodiness, cravings for sweets, irritability, aggresion, depression, excess weight (especially around abdomen), difficulty handling stress. Thanks.

She never said she had ANY of those problems. She is asking what her symptoms mean. Could it be any of the above ptoblems.

Her symptoms could mean anything.
She needs testing and diagnosing by a doctor.
Point her to possible tests to ask for.

Really it is right now an adrenal problem for you. Fixing them is top priority.

Start a natural regimen of Vit C at least 1500 mg - try selemium 200. - directly start a sea salt program of 2 glass a day also. You need magnesium and copper supplements too. Laura1967 has a great plan for that.

NO SUGAR - no matter what - you don't need celiac on top of this. Adeeva Immuno-Detox Prime is what I used to get my adrenals back in check.

How do you know you are HYPO glycemic? You might have a crash of sugar if you are eating it in the AM. then in the afternoon crashing.

You must eat 5 to 6 small meals a day to also put them back together.

If you are getting the "pooch" in your abdomen - that is classic of adrenal cortisol problems and fatigue.

Acupuncture will also help balance this.

Nothing will fall into place until the adrenals are working right.
