Your Free T4 and FT3 are somewhat low in the range, but not alarmingly so.  You could ask your doctor for a trial dose of thyroid replacement medication to see if it helps alleviate symptoms, but most doctors won't do that, when all levels are in the normal range, as yours are.

In addition to the TGab, you also need to be checked for Thyroid Peroxidase Antibodies (TPOab), which is another thyroid antibody.  Some of us have TGab, some have TPOab and still others have both.  Your TGab is negative, but you could still have positive TPOab, which would indicate an autoimmune thyroid disease.

Have you been checked for vitamin/mineral deficiencies?  Some of those, such as B12, vitamin D, magnesium, ferritin, and others can cause thyroid like symptoms.

Please list the symptoms you have.
