nature throid increase making more tired

Hi was wondering if anyone has had a similar experience. About 4 months ago i switched from synthroid to nature throid as i had terrible side effects from the synthroid. At first i was put on the 48mcg of nature throid and for the first time in almost a year i was getting energy back and a slight decrease in brain fog. All my synthroid side effects went away instantly when switching. I took the 48 of naturethroid for 2 1/2 months and although i had energy I still couldnt loose a single pound. Also I got a new symptom of feeling extremely cold at random times during the day. I also as embarrassing as it is became extremly constipated. More so than i was before i started treatment of anykind. My breast grew 2 cup sizes in 2 months. My endo checked for hormones but labs came back fine. I decreased my exercise routine to only 3 days a week in hopes to help take down some inflamation and i wasnt loosing any weight anyways. Well my endo recently upped my dose to 65 or 1 grain and for the last 10 days I feel like a truck ran me over. Im so tired i feel like i did a year ago before i started treatment. Im still cold but..... my digestive problems are gone and regular again. I feel so awful and tired and I forget why i came to the grocery store constantly. Ive been gluten free for several years now so i now its not that. Im wondering if it could be a adrenal problem but my cortisol blood labs came back normal.

What was your Synthroid dosage?  What were those side effects?  What were your thyroid test results and reference ranges shown on the lab report, both before and after the switch to NatureThroid?  Did you switch to the 48 mcg of Nature Throid all at once?  What are your latest thyroid test results and reference ranges? Have you been tested for Vitamin D, B12, and ferritin? If so, please post results. Also please post the cortisol result and reference range.

Sorry for all the requests but we need more info to try and assess your status.
