Right numbers...why don't I still feel well?

I went to see my doctor today and got some new results. After having an argument with his assistants and crying during almost my entire time there I realized my hormons are all  crazy.
Not that I am not right- because I was, and they were rude- just a little too sensitive .I know I can handle better.

For three months my doctor had me on an alternate dose that put my numbers right were I wanted, but messsed up my sex hormons. Acne, irritability, touchy, moody. PMS all over.

These are my numbers:
TSH 0.01         range: 0.40-4.50
FT3: 394             230-420
FT4 : 1.5             0.8-1.8

I am on NT and usually I got my FT3 way in the high side and my FT4 in the low range, however now this is perfect. But I had no patient, I was feeling so bad that after three months on the alternate dose and after having this last test I reduced my dose in 1 grain per week. I had headaches and allergies, so I decreased it.

I saw my doctor today and he agreed that despite the good numbers my TSH was way too low and I would be probably feeling a little hyper (my headaches). He said I should stay in this new dose.

My FT4 went from 0.8 to 1.5 in three months. That had never happend before, no wonder I had been felling so bad with all that movement.

Anyway, does it take more than three months to start to feel better? My FT4 will probably go down, but that is okay. I insist, NT is very dificult to regulate.

Anyone been in a roller coaster for months and then finally feeling normal?

Winter is just killing me.

Thanks!

Thank you for your feedback.

My doctor said  my vitamin D and B12 levels were in normal range, but low normal, and added I could take some of those.

He suggested a multivitamin, but I do not feel like doing that...I do not want to over do it if I do not need to. But I am going to try the D and B12 supplements.

Yeap, I do feel better during the summer. I increased my protein intake and that has given me much more energy just when I needed it.

Just the beginning of January and we are buried in snow:-)

I wonder if I finally I will start to feel better...

Thanks!!!

Red is dead on right.

Try the Vit D and also add in Selenium with the decrease in meds.

There's part of your answer in your last sentence!
Winter is notorious for changing thyroid levels. Many people have to increase slightly to get through the bodies mechanism of slowing down.

You might want to take some Vit D also throughout the winter, this will help you feel better by giving you a lift mentally. Vit D is just beginning to be realised as a hormone we simply cannot do without, and it is so important in more ways than just helping us absorb calcium!

It might be better to change brands of your thyroid meds, some have not the right balance of hormone. It is difficult to get natural thyroid in consistent dosages with each tablet/capsule, so that could also be part of your issue.
