Hard to be sure from a picture like that, but I'd say that it appears that your neck is somewhat enlarged. If you look at this link that lists 26 typical hypothyroid symptoms, do you have others besides being weak and tired?

Have you been tested for possible thyroid issues. If so, please post test results and reference ranges shown on the lab report.
Hi friend, your thyroid definetly appears to be enlarged. My neck look'd very similar to yours, before mine was taken out.
Ultrasound of neck, would confirm thyroid enlargement. As Gimel states, have thyroid further investigated. Thyroid is one possibility of your symptoms. Also have diabetes A1c test, which can cause fatigue, tired, weak, part of the endoctrine system. Good luck.
Well it does not look visibly swollen but visual exam and even palpation cannot detect small changes
Just because it may look a little swollen doesn't mean anything. I fell for this hype and obsession with thyroid nodules, and had a lobectomy on October 22, that I regret and would give anything to have never had. I can only pray my voice and breath control will completely recover...as well as horrible anxiety and depression as a result. Go to your GP and have your levels checked if it makes you feel better and if they are good, my advice is to leave your healthy body alone.
