The ultrasound indicates that you have a nodule(s) that’s considered mildly suspicious for cancer.
The largest nodule appears to be 2.2X1.5X2.2 cm. This is large enough to perform a FNA (Fine Needle Aspiration); however, since the nodules are only mildly suspicious, there’s a possibility your doctor will choose to take the “wait and see” approach, unless the nodules are affecting your breathing or swallowing.
