Something to explore .. diet and exercise.

I'm sure many others will lend some support as many have issues with wt. gain being hypothyroid and/or using thyroid medicines that are necessary for them.

Diet and exercise. They're the only "products" that work. You need to eat a lot less than you're eating now and move a lot more than you're moving now. The best part about these "products" is that they're free and you can start this second.
