Are those Free T3 and Free T4 or are they Total T3 and Total T4? There's a difference, and if the report doesn't specify Free, they are tests for the totals, which don't give the same information...
Ask your doctor for a ferritin test. Ferritin is the iron storage hormone. Also ask for vitamin B12 test. Both iron and B12 deficiencies cause anemia, but they are different types of anemia. Both can be present at the same time. Both cause similar symptoms.
What was your vitamin D level? Did your doctor tell you to start supplementing? Vitamin D is necessary for proper metabolism of thyroid hormones. Level should be about 55-60.
Iron is necessary for conversion of Free T4 to the usable Free T3.

It's bad enough and certainly helps explain your symptoms, but it doesn't tell the whole story... Did the doctor order a full thyroid panel that included Free T3 and Free T4, along with the TSH? TSH is a pituitary hormone, not a thyroid hormone. If you have results for Free T3 and Free T4, please post them and be sure to include reference ranges, since those vary from lab to lab and have to come from your report.
