What is Pub Night? I was checking on some messages and ran across pub night. Read through the messages. I share the age, shoveling snow, and all the other neat items.

Catch AR on a "good " pub night and laugh your head off - :) His side kick CarMan is a hoot but he doesn't post much lately. Mix a few cyber drinks in ( or real ones at home:) and it's anybody's guess on what's going to happen.
Hopefully AR will continue last weeks saga and get it going again.
He does a much better job than I do with it!
But he is right - it's just a way to get us in check with the humor side of our lives and it - for me - gives me the thought that even though we have thyroid disease - we laugh - and have lives on the outside too.
It's classic fun .............. We deserve to laugh and be "people " too!

I wish I had known about Pub Night Sat. morning. Ha, Ha. That would have probably saved my husband a couple of hours of my venting. Work, grandkids, adult kids, and health mix well and Wow!
We used to have it every Friday night, and most people knew it was coming. It was quite busy some nights, and a lot of socializing went on. And venting. And lying. And laughing.
Venting threads on the other hand, are posted any old time.
I probably have ten or twelve stored in the archives...

"I am so fed up I want to just quit!" is usually good for a few "Amen!"s. Sometimes it's good to just type all that frustration down and hit the submit button. Get it off you chest.

Is it only Friday nights? Sounds like a good way to vent after a hard week at work.
It's just a thread to blow off some steam and talk about how the week went or whatever.
