What to do if t3/t4 causes breathlessness? #2

Also, I'm 5'2" and 135, I used to be 105 -110 last year.  I don't think that gaining 25-30 lbs. weight gain could cause such breathlessness.  Or could it?  The breathlessness got better when I stopped taking the t3, but it was still slightly there even after a few weeks of not taking it.  However, before I took T3, and now t3/t4, I never had issues w/ breathlessness unless I exercise full tilt for 45-60 minutes.  My depression has also caused me to be a couch potato this past year, could that cause it?  However, everytime I made attempts to get up to clean or take action, the breathlessness would knock me off my feet again.  Which leads me to think it's the t3, so what else can I take that's just as effective w/o the problems?  I can take medications that do not cause any side effects, but antidepressants (caused severe dizziness and eventually didn't help depression anyways), progesterone (caused depression), Nyquil (it caused my heart to race due to the alcohol base) and now t3 are the only medications I've taken in adulthood that have cause side effects.

Thank you for your response.  I have been at that weight before for about 2 years and I have never had this breathing problem.   Never had any of those things before.  My doctor did say that we will do a breating and heart rate (racing heart beats is what causes the out of breathlessness) test next if this continues.

Hi there...welcome!  I am going to say that 25-30 lbs of weight gain is quite a significant amount of weight to carry around, and would absolutely cause breathlessness.
If you have been off the T3 and still had breathlessness, then i would imagine it is from something else....what did your dr say?
Have you had any lung tests done?? Do you have a history of asthma? COPD? There are a lot of diff things that can cause the breathing issues, but weight is a big one. I would make sure your dr checks your lungs and bronchial airways.
