YEAH!!! Good News for a change

Just got back from my post-op visit. The left side showed NO signs of cancer--------YEAH!!!!!!!!!
(The right side had nodule that was contained in the thyroid)
Dr. is making me an appointment with the Cancer center to see if I need to have radiation or not..
but when they called to make the appointment the cancer center said they usually send to an endocronologist....does anyone see any reason behind that or they just thinking about Thanksgiving tomorrow????
Thank God for my results, thanks god for all you great people.

Today I'm giving ~~hugs AND kisses.
Take care of yourselves.

Good going left side!  Talk about a Thanksgiving!

I'm not sure why the cancer center referred to the endo(?).  Maybe an endo has to give an opinion first, before an oconologist does.  Perhaps it has to do with insurance protocol, or something.

After having read your vent in the other thread I hope from now on you're no longer left to figure things out on your own.

Take care.

FINALLY!!!! Some good news around here!

I do see an endo so I would say that is the path I would take.  Doesn't hurt to have lots of opinions and people on your side right?  I guess I just actually did things a little opposite of you..saw endo first, now going to oncologist.  I guess each doc has their preferences.  Anyway, congratulations again!!!!

XOXO,
Cindy
