follicular lesion

I dont understand my results. Follicular lesion of undertemined significance. the specimen contains scattered groups of follicular cells with focal Hurthle cell change. there  are some nuclear atypia in a few cell and colloid is very scanty. What does this mean? HELP

My opinion is: they will probably opt to remove your thyroid since you have both types of abnormal cells.

The cytologist is suspecting follicular lesion because of small amount of colloid and Hurthle cells.
The nodule can be classified as follicular neoplasm or Hurthle neoplasm.
It has about 20 % chance of being cancerous.
Based on this result the lobe containing this nodule will have to be removed for further diagnostics.
