clicking in throat when swallowing and pain

Hello,
I had SURGERY neck in space A4-A5 seven years ago. One month after surgery hit left on my neck playing with my son. Since then began to hurt my neck. I have a pain, burning when ingested makes clicking noise, difficulty swallowing (when swallowed food hang and have to drink water to swallow) hurts down to the thyroid. (I did tests for thyroid and is ok) and also I feel tightness in my throat, I have the sensation of a foreign body, I also had trouble breathing and bitter taste. I feel a foreign body on the basis of tongue. As something to pull my tongue back up the neck.(left and right). When I feel me clench my neck I feel something like a wire with thorns with scrapes and causes me to cough.
Two years ago I had surgery for Eagle syndrome (right + left) I had a little improvement.
Before a month was operated for depressurization of the glossopharyngeal and vagus nerve. Symptoms remain. Only the bitter taste and it is not so hard the problem with breath
I had swallowing test one week ago.  This is the conclusion of the test I did: Stagnation of liquids in the right piriform movement with difficulty of hyoid bone with swallowing. Dual phase swallowing (early left). Small case of hyoid bone petals with swallowing and friction with the thyroid cartilage.
