Funny Thyroid Problem?

Diagnosed with Hashimoto's in 01' and was never able to adjust to meds, tried a veriaty of meds and kept gettingthe effect of hot in the head either back or front, became unbrable in the hear and in snow, was so hot i was wearing shorts.  In addition always was hungry while on meds and it felt like if I don't eat when I was hungry I was going to pass out?

I am now off meds for the last 2 years and doing better while on multi vitamine but still have the thyroid symptoms/problems and now I can finally get up in the morning since I got myself on multi vitamine.  My thyroid sometimes is 50 or 20 of and on.  

Since my thyroid problem, my body temp is lower, 97.4 or so burt when I get sick, and my body temp is 98. I feel better, and my eyes are not dry and I have a more normal appetite.
I have been tested for diabetics, rumatoid arthrities but all  negetive.  My liver enzyme are elvated and my glucse a bit high but not enough for dibetics, my paltlates are always low.  

I had jundice with  weight loss of 10 pounds before the thyroid came about and ever since than I keep putting weight on and I don't eat much and vegeterian yet I keep gaining weight?

I am puzzeled why the meds' helped for a little bit and than couldn't tolrate not even 1/2 of a 0.5?

Could I have another problem that cause's a chanin reaction to lead to thyroid problem?
Why am I not adjusting to the meds

tHANKS.  i AM ONLY AT MY 30'S AND THE ONLY ONE WITH THIS PROBLEM.  i WENT TO SEE A NEW INTERNAL MED DOCTOR AND I CRIED, NO ENDCRONOLOGIST I HAVE BEEN TO CAN FIGURE OUT MY PROBLEM AND I AM AFRAID OF WHAT HAPPENS WHEN I WANT TO HAVE CHILDREN.
