hashimoto's question??

I was wondering if hashimotos thyroiditis could cause night sweats, swollen lymph nodes, or a low white blood cell count? I have hashimotos and have had night sweats, swollen lymph nodes and a low white blood cell count for two years. I'm wondering if they could be related. Does anyone know?

Thanks, I'm really hoping they are related and not something else scary like cancer. My doctor is looking into that right now. I'm getting a bone marrow biopsy done in a little over a week and I'm freaked out.

I know it will cause sweating and swollen lymph nodes because of the antibodies. Your body is acting like your thyroid is a virus, and the antibodies band together and attack and kill it.  Low WBC?  I would have thought that would be high?  Dunno. Good luck!!
