Okay bumped up to 45 grains of armour, I didn't know how heavy the fog was until tonight. It was kinda crazy, especially since I can open my mouth now. I have lots of pain in my nerve points. Is that going to go away when I reach my levels?????  My temp has gone up a whopping 97.7 whoo hoo:) But at least I can tell you what I am doing right now so that is good right. Thanks guys

no what i mean is i feel it already, the increase, how clear do i get??? LOL I am sure the headaches are from my pms, if not there nothing i can't handle

Each increase will cause some things Cynnie. Headache or aches may come until your body adjusts to the dosage.

That is why such tiny increases are best and it takes so long to get to where you really need to be.
