What are your current thyroid hormone levels? Often when we can't lose weight, it's because our medication needs to be adjusted.

Please post your latest thyroid blood test results, with reference ranges, which vary from lab to lab, so must come from your own report. You should be getting a minimum of TSH, Free T3 and Free T4 tested.
