Levels ok?

For the past few months I have been feeling horrible and feel that my thyroid/TSH levels are to blame.  However, my Endo has been saying all is well.  When I went to my GP, after running blood work he said TSH is too low, but then Endo says it's because he wants it suppressed due to the Cancer.  The GP then defaulted to what the Endo says.  I went to the Endo last week, he ran Chem 12, CBC, Ferretin, B12, TSH and still says everything is status quo, no changes.

I'm taking Synthroid 175 and have been for over a year now.  My symptoms are extreme fatigue (more than normal for me, all I want to do and can think about is sleep), moodiness, short term memory loss (I'm normally big on details, but literally now I can't remember things from one minute to the next sometimes), sex drive almost nonexistent, allergy symptoms more than normal.  Endo blames my fatigue on having three young boys to care for, but this is way more than that.  I know something is wrong.

I am almost 9 year post-TT & RAI due to pappilary carcinoma.  Age 35, female.

Could anyone out there please look over these labs and let me know if these do look normal to you...much appreciated. (I'm including the pertinent info plus any others out of range)

Glucose 58  (range 65-99)
MCH 33.1  (range 27-33)
Free T4 1.6 (range .8-1.8)
TSH, 3rd gen. 0.03 (range .4-4.5)
Thyroglobulin <0.2 (range 2.0-35)

Sally - No stomach issues, sleeping well but waking up exhausted (not noticing that I'm waking during the night in most cases, getting about 6.5 hours sleep on average).  I had some issues with my menstrual cycle for almost 3 years (Constant light bleeding) that no one could figure out, but then miraculously with no other changes to anything, that corrected itself about 4 months ago and now is back to normal.

Thanks goolara.

If thyroid all checks out ok, after you check FT3, I'd look at vit b levels and vit D levels.

DO you have any other symptoms than those you've mentioned?  HOw are you sleeping? Any stomach issues? etc...

The symptoms you describe are hypo symptoms, but your FT4 is quite high in the range, and your TSH is very low.  I would have FT3 tested.  It's possible that you are not converting T4 to T3 well, so even though your FT4 is high, your cells are starved for T3.  If you find your FT3 is low, a small amount of Cytomel (T3) in place of some of your Synthroid might help you feel much better.
