? thyroid peroxidase ab

my t peroxidase ab level is >1000 (ref <35 IU/mL) --what should i be doing about this? i am a nurse and i have several things going on and i'm not sure what to do, my dr is great but i am not sure what to ask - i have had fibro myalgia for over 10 yrs, lots of meds-lots of pain,HDL is 23,
vit D is 17 (ref 20-100ng/mL), increased heart rate-? tachycardia-- @ work while stressed it has been up to 135bpm, now at home doing basic house work 103bpm--i don't know if they are related, what questions, what tests, i can help others but not sure what to do for myself- i am 46 yo and afraid

How is your TSH ,free T4 and free T3? it's important to know that to see if you are hyper or hypo (if tachycardia is because of stress or thyroid related).Your have a low Vit D, you should also test your Calcium levels.

According to the clinical studies [with controversial results] some patients may be reduce the level of antibodies by taking daily dose  of seleniun [the dose was variable for different trials; most frequently been between 63 and 100 microgarms].
So far there is no known method to reduce the antibodies' level that will be effective in all cases.
