my neck sonography report..please help.

Hello,this is my neck sonography report:

-The right thyroid lobe is of average size&shape with homogenos echopattern except for its most caudal aspect which shows micro cystic changes (+-1cm) with a tiny (+-1cm)focus of  calcification ,yet no definite sizeable solid or cystic nodules seen.

-Left thyroid lobe is of average size ,homogenous echopatten with no focal lesion ,cysts nor calcifications.

-Right small thyroid lobe ,measures=17*23*40 mm

-Left lobethyriod measures =14*14*39 mm

-normal vasculaarity of the gland .

-No lymphadenopathy.

-Normal submandibular &parotid salivary glands.

I would try to get a post in with Dr. Lupo. If you have thyroid labs, with ranges...let him know those too.
