i just got my blood test results.
Thyroid Peroxidase (TPO) Ab is 3540
Antinuclear Antibodies Direct is 323
TSH IS 4.096
T3 is 29
T4 is 1.08
What does it mean?
I am freaked out by first 2 results. Seems waaaay out of range.

I was on Armour 30mg for the last 2 years. I just switched doctors and did a blood test and new doctor put me on Armour 60 mg after she saw the results. Also she is sending me to rheumatologist... to find out if there are any autoimmune decease possibility.

Yep - it's high
You probably have symptoms of a Hashimoto attack going on.
Your TPOab test indicates you are autoimmune Hashimoto ( hypothyroid) You TSH is slightly out of range too, so you may be experiencing classic hypothyroid symptoms also with this attack.
