hypothyroidism

I have many many symptoms of hypothyroid and my mother was misdiagnosed for years until eventually was diagnosed with hypothyroidism.  My blood tests keep returning as normal though, tsh 1.2 and free t4 13.  My iron level was low at 18 and I have been told by GP to take iron supplements.  Could I still be hypothyroid.  Can anyone help as I am exhausted.

Thanks, the iron level was 18 low, the normal range is appar 20 - 200
As for the thyroid tests just said they were normal - TSH 1.2 and FreeT4 13
I will try and get the antibody tests and the FT3

What's the reference range for your results?

The low iron can definitely make you feel exhausted, so you need to address that agressively.

Also get Vit D checked, as that can contribute to feeling bad.
