T4 9.46 ug/dl .My Anti Thyroperoxidase Antibody test result is 659 U/ml.After 15 days there was spotting but no bleeding. After 7 days there was bleeding for 4-5 hours but then it stopped.for 3-4 days there was no bleeding.then when we intercoursed  i bleed.after 2 minutes it stopped.since then its been 2 days there are no signs of bleeding. So can u suggest why did it happen?and after all this  can i conceive and have a health pregnancy and a healthy child?i am very much tensed.plz help

Hi Nancy, you do have antibodies so that suggests an auto immune disease, Hashimoto..Seems your t4 is low and tsh is a tad high, so also Hypothyroidisim..Menstrual cycles will be messed up with this..But with treatment you will have a normal healthy baby..Have you been put on any meds? if not find a endo or doctor who will get your levels back in range to have and achieve a pregnancy..
