No there is no natural way. Just continue to eat healthy and stay active if you can. Once you are on the correct dose for your body your weight will be more controlable.

No. With hypothyroidism, the thyroid doesn't produce enough hormones and the only way to replace them is with daily medication. There are no foods or supplements, that can provide thyroid hormones.
Desiccated thyroid hormones are called "natural", but they really aren't. They are derived for pig thyroid. Pigs don't produce the same amount of hormones that people do, so that's not really "natural" either.
