No - I think you need to push to get the TPOab and TgAB test as soon as you can. Something is going wrong if you have multiple nodules that are starting to form and it very well could lead to Hashimoto.

Keep in mind getting the Dx for Hashi's won't change your treatment but it could explain why things are happening to you.

The TSh - 3rd gen is terrible testing - you need the TSH  - Free T3 ( for sure) and the Free T4...

I think if your doctor is running these tests and not following up right as it looks - getting a second opinion from somebody who knows thyroid - tests and read the right test to medicate and treats your Frees as you need them to be - you may be headed up a long ill - hill if you don't find someone willing to work with you correctly.

Do you have "tumors" or "nodules"?

You might also want to ask for a Free T3 test. That is the actual thyroid hormone that is readily available for immediate use......

As long as you are asking for tests, how about antibody tests (TPOab and TGab) to confirm or rule out autoimmune thyroid disease (Hashimoto's Thyroiditis)....might as well get all the tests you can....
