New symptoms with hashimotos

Well I was dx with hashimotos last year and taking 50 mcg of levothyroxine.  I have lately been experiencing rapid heartbeats over 130 , blood pressure is normal. I also am getting severe headaches, chills, cough, and my thyroid gland seems constantly enlarged at all times with pain. Plus always fatigued !!!!! Does anyone else have any of this symptoms??

Unfortunately, your doctor is ordering an impressive array of outdated tests.  FTI, T3 uptake and total T4 should be replaced by free T3 and free T4, which are much more useful.  Those labs are also quite old.  If you're still not feeling well, you should be having blood work monitored and having meds adjusted more frequently.  You might ask your doctor to run FT3, FT4 and TSH.  Be sure to specify FREE T3 and FREE T4, otherwise the lab will run total T3 and total T4 (like the one you posted above).  If your doctor won't run those labs, you may have to look for a new doctor.  My guess is this one isn't very good when it comes to thyroid.

Do you have recent thyroid labs to post?  If so, please post FT3, FT4 and TSH along with their reference ranges which vary lab to lab so have to come from your own lab report.  It sounds like your meds are not adjusted properly.  Remember, FT4 often has to be midrange and FT3 upper half to third of range before hypothyroidism is properly controlled so that we're symptom free.  If you post those, we might be able to guide you in an appropriate direction.
