Most likely, you will be scheduled for biopsy of the nodules in right lobe for the following reasons:
2 nodules are more then 1 cm in size;
1 nodule is complex;
2 nodules are hypoechoic.
Make request that the biopsy will be ultrasound assisted as the complex nodule otherwise may produce "inconclusive" result
If the biopsy will be "benign", and nodules are not causing any problems, you may follow up (wait and watch) in 6 months
