very cellular lesion, with prominent Horthle cell change and variant of a follicular neoplasm

a mass was detected on my thyroid (divine intervention) - biopsy results - need to remove my right thyroid - report states the following "the overall impression is that of a very cellular lesion, with prominent Horthle cell change.  While a hypercellular nodule and a nodular goiter is possible, overall, this aspirate smear is best considered a variant of a follicular neoplasm, clinical and radiographic correlation is required".

My question is do I have cancer?
